How long have you been in business?
We started bizarrovideo.com back in 1996 and have been online ever since. 12 Years strong and we still have customers to this day who bought their first video back in 96! The site has changed some over the years and we used to be a main source or bizarre, out of print VHS tapes. Now we concentrate on DVD and our own quality productions as well as digging up old classic porn flicks for those of you who enjoy the 70's XXX. This site is for adults only and we have been a source for many oddities and rarities for 10 years! Collectors and lovers of classic adult cinema often choose bizarrovideo.com as their source for hard to find XXX features from the past and we have MANY customers who have been with us for 12 years! We are still going strong when most of the copy-cat sites have long faded.
 
Is your shopping cart secure? Is it safe to place an order online?
Let me put it this way. Since 1996 we have processed thousands and thousands of orders and we have NEVER had ONE instance of fraud or someone's credit card getting in the hands of a crook. We do NOT keep your credit card info on file. We do not even keep a mailing list or name database. We do have an email list we send to 3X per month if you subscribe to it but no one else will EVER get this information. We do not believe in sharing or selling names.

Are your movies legal?
OF COURSE! These are adult MOVIES. Let me repeat - MOVIES as in ACTED films. Adult entertainment created for adults, by adults, with adults. For our own productions, we hire the best talent (actresses) we can find and they are enthusiastic and have a great time on set. In reality, we treat them like a queen on the set. They shoot for 1-3 days with us and love every minute of it. What you see in our Dark Side productions and why they are so good is because the girls love working for us. These are no different than many Hollywood films, except ours have sex in them. Sex is natural. Fantasy in natural, and that is what these are for. Sexual Fantasy is healthy and we are here to help! How often do you release new films?
We are releasing new films every single week. Usually these updates happen on a Friday. It may be a Dark Side feature or a Jail House feature or maybe a classic or roughie or super rare treat. Check back often for the latest bizarro video!
 
How do you ship the DVD's to me and how long does it take?
We ship via UPS and USPS only. As soon as your order is approved and charged, it goes to processing. It is packaged up, checked and shipped via UPS and the method you chose when you placed the order. We offer UPS ground (2-6 days), UPS 3 day, 2 day and Next Day Air and USPS. While we ship orders as soon as possible, sometimes there may be a back order situation so please allow at least 1-2 weeks for your order just in case. Usually, the order will arrive super quick and be processed and shipped within 48 hours if recieved M-F.
 
If I join your E-Mail update list, will you spam me or sell my email address?
Be confident when you sign up to our list that we will never, under any circumstances, give away or sell your name or email address to anyone! It is our private list and will be used to send you e-mail newsletter updates. When we release some new DVD"s, have specials or sales or have important news on new productions, you will receive our newsletter! We send out 2-4 per month and you can cancel the delivery at any time. Join the list here!

I live outside the USA. Why is shipping so expensive?
We will ONLY ship UPS Expedited for all outside USA orders. We ship WORLDWIDE and in teh past used the postal service which was cheaper, but at that time about 25% of our packages were "lost". Since using UPS, we have NEVER had a lost package. Keep in mind, that UPS expedited is expensive but we only charge you what we have to pay UPS to ship the package. Also, it will arrive to you FAST, usually in 1-2 days. We make NO profit on shipping costs. UPDATE: We have recently added USPS Air Mail as an option, but allow up to 4 weeks for delivery if you choose this method.

Do you sell bestiality, scat or other forbidden taboo hard to find videos?
NO! NO! NO! We do not sell scat, bestiality, child porn or anything with real violence or anything illegal.. All of our videos are 100% legal and are MOVIES - FILMS - They have plots, suspense and hot XXX action. Our Dark Side, Jail Whores, and others are all higher budget movies, all acted. We do not condone real violence and offer our films as a form or erotic entertainment for adults and our Dark Side series has achieved critical acclaim from all over the world. In other words, we only sell Legal adult entertainment for consenting adults to view in the privacy of their own home. I can not stress this enough.

Why are the girls in the 70s classic and roughies so sexy compared to today's women?
In the1970's XXX the girls were all natural, beautiful with all natural breasts, bodies, and yes, even their bush was natural.
